ABSTRACT
This study was carried out to identify airborne bacteria present in some offices (Environmental Management and Toxicology) in University of Benin, Benin city. Two locations were chosen for the study which include the HOD’s office and the Secretary’s office. Petri dishes containing nutrient agar medium was used to collect air samples with 15 minutes from both locations. After samples were collected they were taken to the laboratory for investigation. Bacteriological identification techniques revealed the presence of bacteria such as Proteus spp., Acinetobacter spp. and Enterococcus spp.
