Bioaerosol play a significant role in indoor air quality as they can be the cause of several problems including acute allergies and infectious diseases These include products of combustion as well as microorganisms from expiration such as coughing, sneezing amongst others. The presence of air microbes in the indoor environment has been attributed to a variety of sources as earlier stated. The study area was Students Affairs Department in the University of Benin, Ugbowo Campus, Benin City, Edo State. Two office rooms were taken from the first floor of the building which were labelled sampling sites 1 and 2. Location 1 represents room 12 while location 2 represent room 14. The biochemical test that were carried out are Indole test, catalase test, coagulase test, urease test, oxidase test, antibiotics sensitivity test. The organisms present are Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococccus spp. Escherichia coli, Micrococcus spp., Acinetobacter spp. and Bacillus spp.
