Abstract
In an era marked by digital transformation, the role of social media in education and organizational collaboration has emerged as a critical and dynamic area of study. This project delves into the multifaceted influence of social media platforms on learning among students and collaboration among staff members within educational institutions and organizational contexts. In recent years, there has been a growing body of research on the ways in which social media can be used to promote groups, organization in learning among students, and collaboration among staff. One of the key ways in which social media can be used to promote groups is by providing a platform for students to connect with each other and form study groups. This can be especially helpful for students who are taking online courses or who are otherwise unable to attend classes in person. Social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp can be used to create groups for specific classes or topics, and students can use these groups to share information, ask questions, and get help from their peers. In addition to promoting groups, social media can also be used to create to-do lists, set reminders, track their progress and manage deadlines. This can be helpful for students who are easily overwhelmed or who have difficulty staying organized.
