Medical technology, equipment, and administration have all seen very significant and profound changes over time. Huge amounts of data are produced, including the personal information and diagnosis of patients, employee details, and financial activities. The management of these data is crucial to the ongoing operation of the hospital. The Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) is a comprehensive software solution designed to streamline and enhance healthcare operations, patient care, and administrative tasks within hospitals and medical facilities. In the digital era, efficient information management is crucial for optimizing healthcare delivery and improving patient outcomes. The application was created using HTML5 and CSS for its interface design, which includes output and input design, and PHP programming as the backend programming language. It was tested and developed on the XAMPP server.
