ABSTRACT
This research is an appraisal of the impact of the neighbourhood renovation on rentage and the available infrastructural facilities. The methodology employed includes the questionnaire administration which is a primary source of obtaining data and the use of GIS maps to represent the findings from the respondents. The result which was carefully analysed reveals an increase in rentage and infrastructural facilities present. Suggested recommendation based on the findings obtained that will help improve the condition of the neighbourhood include greater involvement of residents in renewal activities.
