ABSTRACT
This study was carried out to examine the fungi associated with the leaf blight of Cordia millenii leaves along the wood workshop area of the Department of Forest Resources and Wildlife management, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Benin. Isolation and maintenance of isolates on Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA), identification of isolates were carried out in the laboratory. Pathogenicity tests were also conducted. The symptoms observed on the leaves were darkish brown to black lesions that spread around the edges of the leaves and progressed into the lamina. Two fungal isolates were found to be associated with the leaf blight of Cordia milenii. These were Rhizoctonia solani and an unidentified isolate.
