FIRST PRINCIPLE CALCULATION OF THE STRUCTURAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES

ABSTRACT

In this work, we reviewed one of the methods of computing the structural and mechanical properties of ZnO from first principles calculation. From our results it is formed that the results of the mechanical properties of ZnO are in good agreement with the works in literature.
