ABSTRACT
This research work analyse the issues, problems and prospects associated with the language used in the financial institution. In carrying out this study, discussion on the use of electronic banking in the Nigeria banking industry was cited and the review of the language use in the banking sector. The objective was to capture the detail exclusion process on language and it effect on individual, banks and the Nigeria government. The focus of this study is to create a linguistic link to the financial industries and evaluating the financial services retendered (particularly banks) in terms of both expectations and perceptions of service quality in examining this steps were carefully followed in the research methodology as question names were administered and research question were asked. These lead to the findings of the diary caused in the banking hall as most individual do not understand bank procedure stating that information were give out in English language. The relevant of this research work is to serve as a recommendation to the government, the financial institution and researchers at large on the subject matter.
