Abstract
This project is titled “Festival as Artifacts: (exploring the Igue Masqurade Festival of Ubulubu town in Aniocha North Local Government, delta state)”. It is aimed towards making known the existence of Ubulubu town and documentation of its history. It presents the Igwe masquerade festival as an artifact that reiterates the town’s history and culture. It is also a wakeup call for researchers to pay more attention to the existence of minority tribes and make intentional effort to research and document their origins and culture lest they go into extinction.
