Summary
This research work was designed to investigate the factors influencing the performance of students in Economics in Ndokwa East Local Government Area of Delta State. In other to achieve this aim, four research questions were formulated to guide the study. The research population embraced all the senior secondary school students in Ndokwa East Local Government and the sample selected for the study were one hundred students in five randomly selected schools. The researcher constructed an achievement test which was validated by the project supervisor before it was used to collect data. The data collected from the respondents were processed and analysed statistically to answer the four research questions.
