ABSTRACT
Sudden voltage fluctuations can pose significant issues for home and office appliances. Such fluctuations have the potential to greatly affect the stability of power and the dependability of voltage regulation equipment. Nevertheless, this project discuss the designation of safeguards against both over-voltage and under-voltage scenarios, aimed at preserving and prolonging the life of equipment in homes and offices settings. This method employs constructing the protection panel involve the use of resistors, zener diodes, relay, metallize polypropylene film capacitor, electrolytic capacitor and light emitting diode (LED) as main components of the panel, while working connectively with the digital voltage meter to exemplify the workings and for easy understanding. Amber color LED stripe rope and 5 volts USB outputs are other functional purposes on this project. Extensive testing with Over-voltage, Under-voltage and normal voltage validates the functionality. As a conclusion, multi-purpose under-voltage and over-voltage protection systems offers diverse functions and give room to more advanced creation in the future.
