This study evaluatuate unqualified early childhood educator's effect on pupils' overall developmentĀ considering cognitive, emotional, social and physical development in early childhood settings. 4 research question where raised to guide this study. The design of the study was a descriptive survey. The population of this study covers both public and private school teachers in Oredo Local Government area of Edo State. Which comprises of 8 public and 62 private which includes parents, teachers, and administrators in early childhood education settings. The Questionnaires was the instrument for data collection. The data collected were analyzed using frequency counts,mean and standard deviation. The findings indicate that unqualified educators lack the necessary skills to effectively deliver lesson plans. Government policy recognizes the importance of early childhood education but faces challenges in implementation due to inadequate investment and support. Addressing these issues is essential to ensure quality early childhood care and education for all children.
