The research design adopted for a survey design and convenient sampling method was used to select two hundred and forty nine undergraduate student nurses in University of Benin. A well-structured questionnaire was used as instruments of data collection. The data was analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The result from the study shows that majority of the respondents have a positive level of attitude, while less than one third have a negative level of attitude, majority of the respondents a high level of acceptance while a little less than half have a low level of acceptance, and knowledge about the vaccine, belief about the vaccine, accessibility of the vaccine, affordability of the vaccine, availability of the vaccine, and trust on the vaccine were statistically significant factors that positively influenced acceptance of the vaccine. The study therefore recommends that Government and multinational agencies should make concerted efforts to combat factors hindering acceptance of COVID 19 vaccines.
