ABSTRACT
This project explores the process of equipping the fashion studio storage room in the University of Benin to effectively and efficiently store and organize various fashion items. A well-designed and organized storage room is crucial for the smooth functioning of a fashion studio, ensuring accessibility, inventory management and preservation of garments, fabrics and accessories. This project was initiated to solve the problem of a non-equipped storage room in the University of Benin fashion studio. The significance of an equipped fashion studio storage room is addressed, highlighting the need for sufficient space to accommodate various storage unit including racks and shelves alongside the consideration of ease of access. The proper utilization of vertical space is also emphasized for maximizing storage capacity. With an equipped storage room, students would be able to effectively and efficiently store and preserve fashion items.
