ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to ascertain the employee human relations on organizational performance. The study raised 4 research questions which was aligned to employee human relations practices (employee feedback, employee recognition, employee discipline and employee development). Through a survey of the university of Benin by use of questionnaires, data was collected on employee human relations on organizational performance. The study covers a total of one hundred and sixty two (162) questionnaires distributed and a total of one hundred and sixty (160) questionnaires were retrieved for data analysis. Descriptive statistics was utilized for the study’s empirical research. Results indicate a significant relationship between employee human relations on organizational performance. Highlighting the detrimental effects of employee neglect and maltreatment in the workplace. This findings underscore the importance of fostering good employee relations in the organization as well as prioritizing the employees as a whole. Recommendations for organizations and future research directions are discussed in light of this findings. Overall, this study contributes to our understanding of the interplay between employee human relations on organizational performance.
