ABSTRACT
This study examine the relationship between Employees Welfare Management on Organizational Performance. The population of the study comprises of employees of Pharmaceutical and pharmacy University of Benin Teaching Hospital and the study sample was 237 of which 149 questionaire were administered and 120 copies were completed and returned. The hypothesis results showed that the independent variables (employee better image, employee mental health, employee develop efficiency and employee positive attitude towards job) have a significant relationship with the dependent variable(organizational performance). The findings from the study revealed that employee better image within organization and their physical and mental health exhibit strong positive correlation with organizational performance, developing efficiency among employees is significantly related to organizational performance and positive attitude towards job have a significant and positive relationship on organizational performance . The study recommends that pharmaceutical and pharmacy services University of Benin Teaching Hospital should enhance their organizational performance by improving employee’s image, prioritizing wellbeing, streamlining processes, and fostering positive attitude to allow employees to execute their duties effectively.
