SUMMARY
The Study examine employee relation on employee performance. A samples of 178 copies of questionnaire were distributed to academic staffs in the faculty of social science and faculty of Arts. From the findings, it was revealed that employee relation significantly affects employees’ performance. In the course of the research, it was also apparent that the respondent gave a positive response that employee relation significantly affects employee performance. This implies that properly managed employee relationship can help increase productivity of employees Thus, Maintaining harmonious relations is very important for the survival, prosperity and growth of the organization as good and healthy employee relations leads to better employee performance.
