The study examined “Electronic banking and service delivery in the Nigerian banking sector”. The cross sectional survey research design was adopted and the population of the study consisted of all the customers of Zenith bank, Akpakpava branch in Benin City. Convenience sampling technique was used in selecting the sample;. Research data were analysed using multiple regression model. The research findings are:

  1. There is a significant positive relationship between service delivery and provision of Automated teller Machines in the Nigerian Banking sector;
  2. There is a negative (inverse) relationship between service delivery and cashless society but the relationship is not significant;
  3. There is a significant positive relationship between service delivery and Mobile banking in the Nigerian Banking sector; and
  4. There is a significant positive relationship between service delivery and provision of internet banking in the Nigerian Banking sector.
