The aim of this study is to ascertain the effects of the daily intake of aqueous fruit pulp extract Picralima nitida on the serum testosterone levels of male albino Wistar rats. A total of thirty-five (35) rats were purchased for this experiment. They were grouped into five groups: Group A (Dosage of 400mg/kg), Group B (Dosage of 250mg/kg), Group C (Dosage of 200mg/kg), Group D (Dosage of 100mg/kg), and Group E (Experimental group - Dosage of 0mg/kg).
