ABSTRACT
This study did not reveal significant alterations in kidney ALT levels or detectable histopathological changes compared to control groups. The study suggests that under the conditions tested, the administration of Sudan-III-contaminated palm oil did not exert discernible adverse effects on renal parameters. However, further research incorporating broader physiological assessments and longer-term studies would be beneficial to fully evaluate the safety implications of Sudan-III contamination in palm oil consumption.
