ABSTRACT

This study which was carried out at the Crop Science laboratory was to examine the effect of oil palm bunch on the enzymatic activity of Trichoderma spp  with various ph (4, 7, 9 and control) and moisture levels (1.25, 2.50, 3.75, 5.00 and control).

The experiment was arranged in a Complete Randomized Design having 5 treatment levels for moisture (1.25, 2.50, 3.75, 5.00 and control) and 4 treatment levels for pH (4, 7, 9 and control).

The enzyme activity was highest at pH 4 and 7 (0.056µg respectively) and moisture level of 3.75ml (0.090µg).
