ABSTRACT
An organization is an individual’s first home as one spends the maximum time here only. No organization runs for charity, it is really important that the organization achieve its goals. In organizations the barriers in communication go a long way in distortion of the message and the information does not reach in its desired form. The main purpose of this study is to find out the problems of communication on organizational success using the Nigerian Aviation Agency as a study. Its main objectives are to determine communication problems create improper coordination of the organizational functions. To find out the communication channel that exist in the Nigerian Aviation Agencies. To determine it the desired organizational goals achieved through this communication channels. To find out if good business opportunities be lost by an organization through communication ineffectiveness. The recommendation of the study is that the federal airport authority of Nigeria should develop effective communication strategies since it will facilitate passing of information both within and outside the organization thus improving performance.
