ABSTRACT
Half-Heusler alloys are a class of materials that have drawn a lot of interest because of their distinctive characteristics and prospective uses in a range of industries. These substances are made up of transition metal, main group, and rare earth elements and have a cubic crystal structure. They are potentially helpful for many different applications, including as spintronic devices, thermoelectric generators, and hydrogen storage materials, thanks to their diverse electrical, magnetic, and thermoelectric properties. In order to comprehend and improve the properties of half-Heusler alloys for diverse applications, there has been a lot of recent study on the synthesis, characterizations, and properties of these materials.
