The majority of new businesses today are unaware of all their rights in terms of quality, human development, and motivation. This can be due to the fact that they are unable to offer them access to the essential policy manuals for them to read and educate themselves or because, when given the chance, they lack the drive to do so in order to achieve the organizational goal. The goal of the study is to ascertain the effects that human development, motivation, and excellence have on new firms. Finding out how much human development affects innovation in new organizations is the main objective of this study. Second, this study seeks to determine how employee brilliance in developing companies is influenced by motivation. Thirdly, it seeks to pinpoint the obstacles that prohibit human development and incentive programs from successfully encouraging excellence in employee performance.
