The Calabar Carnival has significantly impacted Cross River State's economy. It has boosted tourism, created jobs, and spurred infrastructure development. However, for long-term success, the carnival needs to attract a wider range of tourists, encourage broader investment in infrastructure, and ensure its economic sustainability. By implementing these recommendations, the Calabar Carnival can continue to be a powerful economic engine for Cross River State
