In summary, this project has been carried out after careful research work on the topic. Different books and research articles on the topic were sourced to get up to date information so as to create a specification for a system capable of meeting modern electronic voting requirement.

As a result, though the implementation of the electronic voting system proposed was not up to standard but just good enough for a simulation, any electronic voting system developer reading this project work is provided with enough information to implement a better system. Therefore we certify that this project work can be fully implemented by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
