ABSTRACT
This research work covers the issue of Drug Abuse among Enwan people of Akoko Edo Local Government area, Edo State. It seeks to find out the reasons, causes, effects, and implications of its use and also the Christian response to solving this problem. The research study made use of the analytical method, historical method, and quantitative research methods, which involved data collection using interviews and secondary sources such as books and journals. This research work seeks to correct the wrong misuse of drugs, they are chemical substances that are useful for our health but inappropriate use of it can result to damage of our body and internal organs. This research work also showed that there are only disadvantages of abusing drugs and that it has no positive impacts.
