ABSTRACT
This research work is concentrated on the uses of drama as a medium to effect total change/reformation in society, mainly streamlined to our society Nigeria.so far we have been able to bring salient points to support the truth that drama is a functional tool for reformation in society
In achieving the aim of this research,the work was broken down into five chapters. The first contains the purpose of this study and introduced readers to the various terms that will be used during this work. This enables a clear edification of this study.
In the second chapter,the researcher looked into definition and concept of drama,its history from Greek ere till date,which helped lay a firm foundation for this course of study. The researcher further discussed the forms and purpose of drama,the concept of reformation and society,types of society and finally, drama as a means/tool of societal reformation.
