ABSTRACT
This project is aimed at the development of metal moulds, for the production of soccer figurines and a ball.
This practical project work was done by the casting method. Bronze metal was used in forming the metal mould. While we used the die casting method to form the soccer figurines (players) and a ball.
In the process of completing this project work, we found out that we could not do a commercial production of the soccer figurines; especially with the fact that we are in a third world economy, soccer figurines like ours are mostly imported and mass produced in advanced countries. It is also a capital intensive project.
Due to our environment, we were limited in mass producing our soccer figurines. Three single metal mould were made for a single soccer figurines. The process was slow and painstaking.
