ABSTRACT
This project titled "Medical Records and Appointments Information System" focuses on the development of a web-based platform designed to manage medical records and appointment scheduling for healthcare providers and patients. The system aims to streamline healthcare services by providing an efficient means of storing, retrieving, and managing patient data and appointments. The platform features user-friendly interfaces for healthcare professionals to input and update patient information, as well as for patients to book and track appointments. This project addresses the common challenges faced in the healthcare sector, such as lost or misplaced medical records and difficulties in managing appointment schedules. The system is built with an emphasis on data security, accessibility, and ease of use, aiming to improve healthcare delivery, reduce administrative workload, and enhance the overall patient experience. The system’s impact is evaluated through user feedback and comparison with traditional manual methods, showing significant improvements in efficiency and data management.
