ABSTRACT
Due to the increasing need for the availability of academic materials, study text and resources in higher institutions of learning, it has become inherently sacrosanct to develop a system that would adequately cater to the myriad of problems associated with the ease of access to educational materials as well as the availability of said materials quickly and in an efficient manner In contrast to the rigid nature of the current form of course content gathering in which the student has to physically make an indication and consequently purchase or make photocopies of these materials, a platform was implemented to give each student access to course content and materials as well as all prerequisite resources quickly and efficiently thereby eradicating stress, limiting cost, and generally encouraging the academic process. Therefore, in a bid to mitigate and consequently remove these problems, this project centers on the development of an efficient, fast, immersive and user-friendly Mobile Learning Application inculcating the seamlessness and robustness of the JAVA programming language as well as the versatility of Android Studio Software Development Kit, providing students with all the necessary materials and resources needed for their academic criterion.
