ABSTRACT

Proper and secure management of students' academic records is crucial in upholding academic integrity and improving performance in higher learning. Traditional manual processing of results is susceptible to human error, causing inaccuracies that compromise data quality and transparency.

This paper reviews existing literature and case studies on result processing systems with focus on emphasizing the drawbacks involved in manual input of data and elaborating on innovative technological solutions. Informed by research on source data validation and student information systems via the internet, this current research discovers effective measures in avoiding errors of data inputs and guaranteeing the general validity of scholarly records. Findings affirm that strict protocols of validation could considerably prevent risks of human error, and implementing blockchain guarantees an impenetrable framework in the safety of scholarly records.

Additionally, moving to web-based and computerized systems not only streamlines administrative work but also increases the transparency and accountability of result processing. Recommendations are provided for institutions that want to create computerized result processing systems that allow more secure, precise, and efficient management of records with the purpose of providing improved education outcomes.
