ABSTRACT
The daycare management system plays a pivotal role in the efficient operation and administration of childcare facilities, necessitating technological advancements to streamline processes, enhance communication, and ensure optimal care for children. This project aims to design and develop an innovative daycare management system tailored to meet the multifaceted needs of childcare facilities in the modern era. The literature review delves into an extensive analysis of existing daycare management systems, related studies, technological frameworks, and tools. It explores the evolution of childcare facilities, prevailing challenges in management, and critical functionalities required for an efficient system. Comparative analyses of various systems highlight prevalent trends, functionalities, and areas for innovation. Based on identified gaps and opportunities for improvement, the proposed daycare management system aims to introduce novel features, including adaptive payment plans, AI-driven resource optimization, and modular scalability. The system strives to address administrative complexities, optimize communication between stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering an environment conducive to holistic child development. Utilizing technologies such as React.js for dynamic interfaces, MySQL for structured data management, and Git/GitHub for version control, the project intends to create a comprehensive, user-friendly, and scalable solution. The development of this system endeavors to redefine standards in daycare management technology, improving efficiency, transparency, and the overall childcare experience. Through an in-depth analysis of existing systems, technological frameworks, and innovative features, this project endeavors to contribute to the evolution of daycare management systems, aiming to elevate childcare administration to new levels of effectiveness and responsiveness in the digital age.
