ABSTRACT
This research study focused on automated loan processing system for commercial banks and other financial institutions or platforms. This study was necessary because of the need for an automated system for loan processing. The determination of who will receive loan is always manually achieved. Consequently, there is delay in the approval of loans. Developing a loan request processing and approval system will save time and also make the management of loan information easier for the staff in charge of loan approval. Use case model was used to represent the partitions of the system, showing the actors and their actions in the system. The software development methodology used is waterfall model and the programming language used is Visual BASIC 6.0.
