ABSTRACT
This project is to compute the commutation relationship between the Cartan generator and other operators of the lie algebra. The Cartan generator in the SU (2) group is a fundamental element that is used to characterizes the symmetry and transformations of the group. This project will focus on studying the commutation relations between the Cartan generator and other operators within the framework of the SU (2) group lie algebra. Understanding the commutation relation of the Cartan generator is crucial in the context of symmetry and quantum mechanics. It provides insights into the behavior of angular momentum and spin in quantum systems, as the SU (2) is intimately related to these physicaal quantities.
