ABSTRACT
This research examines contemporary dress style by designing and constructing clothes for contemporary dress mode in Nigeria that captures individual taste, culture, social, economic status and lifestyle. Secondary and experimental methodologies were used to gather necessary data. Clothes were designed and constructed. These were exhibited on a runway with models. Research findings point to the fact that bespoke fashion can draw inspiration to create from existing contemporary designs. The research concludes that runway stylist, models and even fashion influencer play a huge role in the acceptance of contemporary fashion costumes.
