ABSTRACT
This study was conducted with the aim of studying Contemporary British Royal Costumes so as to design and construct same for an exhibition. The objective was to make known to the audience these particular outfits. Data for the research was obtained from existing literature on costume and the British Royal dress pattern. Costumes were designed and constructed for specific British Royal characters under study, this was exhibited on a run way for visual perception and understanding. The research concludes that proper understanding of these costumes will aid audience ability to identify the various British characters by their outfit.
