ABSTRACT
This thesis explores the transformative potential of blended learning in addressing the challenges and opportunities within the Nigerian educational landscape. It presents a framework specifically designed to tailor a blended learning model to the needs of Nigerian students. The framework leverages the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach to ensure a structured and effective development process. However, the emphasis lies on the unique context of Nigerian education, where factors like limited resources and the digital divide must be considered. The proposed model prioritizes data-driven design, strategic technology integration, and continuous evaluation with a Nigerian focus. This ensures the model caters to diverse learning styles, optimizes learning outcomes, and bridges the digital gap. By implementing this framework and fostering a collaborative spirit among educators, policymakers, and stakeholders, Nigeria can cultivate a thriving blended learning ecosystem. This approach has the potential to empower educators, enhance student learning experiences, and prepare Nigerian students for success in the 21st century.
