ABSTRACT
This website design project aims to to design and implement an accident, emergency alert system using webased technology, that is meant to efficiently and effectively manage and mitigate the impact of emergencies, disasters, and crises on individuals, communities, and society as a whole and as such protect lives, property, and the environment, while also facilitating recovery and resilience. Additionally, it will incorporate responsive design principles, ensuring optimal functionality across various devices. The project seeks to establish an automated chat system for emergency response.
