In today's fast changing business environment, it is extremely important to be able to respond to client requests in the most effective and apt manner. Establishments create competitive advantage by creating more economic value than their competitors create. Increasing business competition and information technology development have both led to huge corporate organizational changes. Value creation and the success of organizations increasingly depends on the leveraging of knowledge available internally and technology. In this age of competition, people are getting more and more educated. Companies want the best in their field. At this point, it is getting harder to find people smart enough to hire. Companies are also increasingly tasked with finding people who meet their requirements. Thinking about these issues, one can think of a process that can handle this process and simplify the work. Technology is now an integral part of education. It offers much potential to enhance teaching and learning not only in the classroom but also beyond it. Nowadays the visibility and mission criticality of web platforms have made it essential to understand employee portals and its business value. An Employee portal is an opportunity to develop knowledge management inside an organization.
