ABSTRACT
An automated result processing system is a computer application that takes, as input, the scores of students, assigns a grade to each of the scores, computes the Grade Point Average (GPA) of each student, and computes the total number of credits failed, passed, and offered by each student. The system saves the values computed in a database, and whenever the user decides to download the result, the system dynamically generates a spreadsheet, formats the spreadsheet, populates the spreadsheet with the result of each of the students, and saves the spreadsheet file in a storage location selected by the user. The system also provides the user with a graphic interface to easily edit the scores and names in any result that exists in the system. After each result modification, the system automatically computes the new value of each of the variables in the result. The design of the proposed system was done using UML use case diagram and flowchart. The implementation of the proposed system was done using Flutter software development framework.
