ABSTRACT
An online shopping system is a form of electronic commerce which allows customers to buy goods or services directly from the seller via the internet using a web browser. Investigating the problems faced by customers and sellers using the traditional method of trading showed a lot of problems that is both stressful and time consuming. The purpose of this study suggests positive steps towards the improvement of shopping at Market Square using an E-Shopping system, which will be designed using PHP, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery and Ajax for the database. The project also provides an extensive literature review that details the history of commerce from the very beginning.
