ABSTRACT
This project was motivated by challenges experienced by students within the objects of study. These includes but not limited to the challenge of students and supervisors during the industrial training period. To plug this challenge, a web based system was developed to input the day today activities of students during S.I.W.E.S. This system was built using a PHP and My SQL to input and store all records by students so the supervisors can access the day today activities of students over the internet.
