ABSTRACT
A good patient record system is essential for healthcare institutions to provide better care and to better manage patient information. This project describes the design and implementation of computer software for the registration of patients. The software integrates user interface and backend features to simplify the registration process. Key features include secure data storage, personalized features, real-time authentication, and inter-operability with existing electronic health systems. Through a process-based design and development process, the program aims to accelerate the accuracy, speed and accessibility of patient registration while adhering to privacy rules. Evaluation criteria include user satisfaction, system performance and data accuracy. The proposed software is a complete solution to modernize and improve the patient registration process in healthcare. Additionally, the application streamlines patient activities through functions such as appointment scheduling and reducing administrative burdens. This software addresses the complexity of patient registration, providing a transformative tool for healthcare providers looking to increase efficiency, improve quality of care, and develop patient-centered practices.
