ABSTRACT
A chatbot system built using Microsoft Power Virtual Agents for managing student and staff activities in the ICT/CRPU Department of the University of Benin functions as a single gateway to many services concerning an individual requiring service from this office. This project work provides insight into the chatbot system at the ICT/CRPU Department of the University of Benin. A description of the design and implementation of the chatbot system is provided. This project presents definitions, concepts and the main components of the chatbot system architecture. The potential benefits of this technology to the University is also pointed out.
