ABSTRACT
This study reviews the biased and barrier system of business loan application on Small and medium sized businesses. As is well known, these SMEs are recognized worldwide as catalysts for social development and as such they are essential for economic growth and stability. The most important aspect of SMEs in Nigeria is their contribution to providing employment to many citizens. Despite the importance of social and economic development, many SMEs fail within the first five years. There are many challenges faced by SMEs in Nigeria that lead to their failure. Although financial resources have been a big success for SMEs, they are struggling to get money from financial institutions to support innovation and business opportunities to promote growth and growth. Due to this current challenge the need to design a system to eliminate this problem is paramount.
