ABSTRACT
The restaurant industry has relied on technology advancement for years to keep the quality of its services up to par. Studies show that implementing new technologies would improve how efficiently operations run. By facilitating and accelerating the process of menu ordering in restaurants, this study hopes to reduce common ordering mistakes. In order to make it simple and quick for clients to place purchases, we employed the descriptive approach when creating applications. This research led to the creation of an application that will speed up the ordering process while also making it simpler for customers to place orders. This outcome is attained as a result of the application's easy-to-follow customer order flow architecture. Customers no longer have to inquire and wait for the server to take their order, which speeds up the ordering procedure. A restaurant can improve business operations by making diners from other restaurants feel welcome and well-served by streamlining and expediting the ordering process.
