The design and implementation of the online clearance system will simplify graduation clearance procedures and activities for students in the university of Benin. The application was successfully created, put through testing, and found to function as expected. However, users are expected to conduct beta and acceptance testing in order to find and fix more bugs. The created system has the capacity to accurately and quickly store and process graduating student clearance while delivering output in a predetermined format.
