SUMMARY
The goal of the design and implementation of an online bookshop is to create a website that only sells books. Several approaches were used to obtain information for this research, including reading various books on the subject, downloading articles from the internet, conducting face-to-face interviews with scholars in the field of web design, and speaking with my classmates. A user or a customer visits the website, finds and selects desired books for purchase, logs in or registers as a new customer, makes payment by paypal, visa, or credit card, and then fills in shipping information. For offline testing, the system was built with the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, MySQL database management system, and XAMPP server. Mathematics, English, and novel literature are among the books available for purchase. This website is run by an administrator who can add or remove books, create or delete categories , and admit or reject members, among other things. A web browser must be installed on the users computer or mobile device in order to view this website.
