ABSTRACT
Transportation services play a very crucial role in facilitating rapid development and achieving milestones. Recognizing its significance, this project aims to evaluate the transportation system within the university campus. This evaluation encompasses an analysis of the current operational procedures, existing payment methods, and the overall convenience and efficiency of the system, including transportation routes and activities. The principal aim of this project is to implement and integrate an innovative payment platform tailored for the University of Benin campus transport system. This initiative involves the introduction of a new system and methodology, leveraging advanced technologies such as React Native, Next.js, and other tools to ensure effective customer usage. By embracing these technologies, the project aims to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and promote electronic and technological inclusion within the campus transportation system, thereby catering to the diverse needs of students and other essential individuals. Moreover, the project endeavors to address instances of service denial within the campus transport services. By mitigating such occurrences, the aim is to create a seamless and accessible transportation experience for all stakeholders involved, ultimately fostering a conducive environment for efficient movement within the university campus.
